Cancellation Policy
Please reschedule your appointment 24 hrs prior to the beginning of your appointment. Any cancellations with less than 24 hrs notice will be charged 50% of the service missed before rescheduling a new appointment.
No call, no shows will be charged 100% of the service missed before making another appointment. The Lash Secrets values the time spent with clients therefore, last minute cancellations and no showing takes away business for potential clients and existing clients.
